Origin power selection

We want to let players choose what kind of power set they can start with. This may be something like choosing what planet they start on, ie:

• Scadrial
• Roshar
• Sel
• Nalthis

Something akin to the station of awakening from kingdom hearts, except we give them doors to choose from that send them to specific planets.

This also needs to work with #60, where some powers are not allowed to be started with based on config or datapack.
