[Feruchemy] Unable to compound Nicrosil

Issue description

Possibly only happens while storing. May not be an issue when tapping.

Steps to reproduce

1. store f-nicrosil while you also have allomantic nicrosil and other powers
2. try turn on compounding, via a-nicrosil

You will be unable to, as a-nicrosil is missing.

Part of a bigger problem with f-nicrosil, which we don't have working like in canon. Compounding changes will have to wait till after we update and fix f-nicrosil.
