[1.19.2] Cosmere Tools and Armor uncraftable with no damage

Issue description

Firstly all the tools and armor are uncraftable, second the weapons don't have damage.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the cosmere, allomancy, and tools and armor mod.
2. Check the recipes and try to craft them, you can't.

1.19.2 (Latest)

Forge version

43.4.0

Cosmere version

Cosmere-1.19.2-43.1.3-0.5.94.jar

Other relevant versions

Possibly related to allomancy, feruchemy, hemalurgy, and the cosmere alloys addon as well as all their versions, though it's doubtful.
