When create has many relation resource, and click create button in panel relation return 404

Additionally, since this is a well-tested feature, so it's likely a configuration issue.

In my case I was getting the same error and it turns out that I was using the depends on feature on my resource and it didn't know how to populate the field with the id that was passed in from the URL. I had to update my code to search for the id or return null if it didn't exist.
