Design: Notifications slideover

Having a look on TailwindUI components (https://tailwindui.com/components/application-ui/overlays/slide-overs), there are a couple components there that could be implemented as our Notification Sidebar.

Transitions are missed, and also there could be some context to the user (allowing to set the text, for instance, to guide the user on what he will see on this sidebar).
