Please add 'filters' and 'search' to 'getActions' method of Index and Lens vue components

For some actions I adjust the fields based on which resources are selected. This works well as long as I don't use the 'Select All (x)' checkbox.
Because then the selected resources is not an array with ID's, but resources is just the string 'all'.

Would it be possible to add filters and search to the getActions method of resources/js/views/Index.js and resources/js/views/Lens.js, with the same values that are being used for the computed value actionQueryString.

Additionally maybe the selectedResources method of InteractsWithResourcesSelection that is used by NovaRequest could return all matching resources. However, this is also used in the method availableActions and availableActionsOnIndex and I don't think that it is compatible.

To be able to work with dependent fields, the NovaRequest that is being supplied to the callback function of the dependsOn method of a field should also contain filters and search. I think this is done in the syncFields method of resources/js/mixins/DependentFormField.js.
