Do not apply the orderByDesc fix on Eloquent object if it uses Scout Driver #15

- Shift CLI Version: 0.2.9

Issue:
If an Eloquent Query using the search method of Laravel Scout to search results using the scout driver and if the same query also uses orderBy('column_name','DESC'), shift cli transforms this to orderByDesc('column_name').
The method orderByDesc doesn't exist when using the Scout Driver.
