Bug Description

A couple noticeable items:

  1. copyright year is incorrect as 2024
  2. GitHub stars doesn't match what's on the header, which is supposed to follow github.com/langflow-ai/langflow repository
  3. etc.,

Reproduction

Just navigate to https://langflow.org website.

Expected behavior

Footer is in sync with header and shows accurate realtime info.
