Ability to modify the VagrantFile options.

It would nice to tweak the memory, add synced_folder's, manage forwarded ports, etc on the fly in this tool instead of through the VagrantFile. Even a read-only list of the machine config options would be helpful.

Sounds complex. Wouldn't this need a different implementation depending on how the vagrantfile is set up (Ansible vs. Chef vs. ???)
