We are apparently discarding pooled transactions as invalid from other ethrex nodes. To reproduce this, we can run the ethrex-only localnet test, adding spamoor and follow the logs which should be reproduced. In case it's not, this happened in a aprticular test with the ethrex-only config of this PR: #3221
