chore(ci): Cache reth in CI step that creates flamegraphs #1758
Description
In #1625 we added jobs in the CI to measure time and performance against reth; we are not caching the reth binary and we could probably do that instead of compiling every time.
We should update every once in a while (date, tied to the last commit hash of reth, etc.) to test against the latest versions.
