Names in listing don't get updated

When someone changes their name in their profile, the listing name doesn't change in Forever or myConnections. I know we cache these which is fine, but we ought to find a way for them to expire, etc.

This is an issue that I've been thinking about for some time. Perhaps the name and photo should be integrated into the CloudOS subscription ruleset. It seems that in almost every use of subscriptions there is a need or desire to keep the name and photo updated.

So it would probably be more efficient to do this once in the CloudOS library
