We need to keep people from issuing invitations until they have a name. This is from Les. And since he doesn't have a name or,picture on his profile, I now have "none" listed as a contact and from what you said earlier, that will never be updated even if he puts in a name later (this needs to be fixed too, btw).

I've added code that will disable the ability to send invitations until a profile name has been entered and the default profile image has been changed. Also a help message is displayed to inform the user that they need to update their profile name & photo to send invitations
