Description

We have to ensure how hibernation feature can be achieved within KIM.

AC:

• Think about a convenient way for triggering the hibernation in KIM (what it he best approach for notifying KIM about a hibernation)
• Apply a hibernation of a running SKR cluster in KIM (recommended is to use a SKR instance with all modules installed + consumption of 2-3 BTP service)
• Share the experiences and identified pitfalls with the team

Clarify uncertainties and find best approach for supporting hibernation in KIM.
