Application Connector - the module cannot synchronise application with compass

Description:

When Application Connector module is enabled the compass-runtime-agent is not able to synchronise Applications from Compass.

The compass connection CR remains in SynchronizationFailed state. Following error is displayed in SynchronizationStatus field

  synchronizationStatus:
    error: 'Failed to fetch configuration: Failed to fetch Applications and Labels:
      graphql: Invalid data [reason=runtime does not exist]'

=> Further investigation is required!

Impact:

Issue observed only on following SKRs on PROD landscape:

• c-060e960
• c-0fab6a7
• c-8006353
• e45ab17

No applications are registered for those runtimes and we have decided to disable ACM on those clusters. The problem is not critical, but in fact is is not possible to enable successfully the module for integration there.

It is possible that mentioned runtimes are not correctly registered by compass-manager. Finding out what's happen could prevent us from any other problems of such a kind.
