Application Connector - secrets are left on the cluster when the module is disabled

Description

We do not do proper resource cleanup when module is deleted - following secrets created by compass-runtime-agent are left on the cluster after the module is removed:

istio-system/kyma-gateway-certs-cacert
kyma-system/cluster-client-certificates
kyma-system/compass-agent-configuration

Module release 1.1.3

• Extend the module to cleanup the orphan resources properly
