Gdrive folder for SIG-Multicluster

Describe the issue

@mfahlandt @mrbobbytables @kaslin SIG-Multicluster would like a folder on the GDrive with access for their leads. They're doing a survey, and plan to do follow-up interviews with some surveyees.
