Try to make code coverage build consistent #904
Description
Currently, codecov bot is spamming more than usual when there's no changes because of different scenarios we hit in kube-runtime/src/wait.rs seems like line 190 in is_crd_established.
Try to tweak the tests related to this so that there's no difference between runs when there are no changes.
