Add support for builds that don't use FLTK & compile with
x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.Once merged and released, users should be able to install OF/TF2C on Linux installations that do not have X11 components installed (which is currently required due to FLTK being present).
The OF Website will have to be updated to include a link to the headless version of beans-rs.
