Sign all outgoing mails by default and encrypt mails for all users, which have a public key assigned in the DB.

This has been prepared in 8f0e8e5. Missing tasks are:

  • Support importing Keys from an uploaded archive file containing ascii armored public keys
  • Add support in the python script

Since 31e481f PGP keys can be imported in the web interface.
