Thread describing the issue in SkyrimVR

Hmm. That might be a problem since I own neither SkyrimVR, nor any VR headset.
And I can't find it on rutracker.org to try. And there's no guarantee I'll be able to launch it without a headset...
So let's try some telepathy.
Does old "Nexus version" (1.0) work fine?
And doesn't a VR game have proper built-in HRTF sound after all? You mean the sound in SkyrimVR is not HRTF-ish?

Skyrim VR is not a "VR game", it's a classic Bethesda's "let's port it" release ;-). It's very cool in VR but also lacking. Your mod makes the audio 1000 times better, it's like night and day.

People in the thread report that "older Nexus version" works better or even without problems.

Regarding "tracker demo version" rumour on the sub has it that it's available out there somewhere.

I found the 'demo version' but it crashes instantly when I try to launch it.
So, please, try this patch yourself. Simply replace the dll with the supplied one.

I patched 2.3 with that patch you linked above and It didn't seem to fix anythingg. Things still cut out weird in menus and sounds would be too loud far away from sound source. Dwemer Ruins is best place to test this. Version 1.0 still works better linked here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1897
