Hi,I have successfully installed SGVFinder2 and I am now in the process of creating the database using the createdb.py command. The documentation mentions that the files should have extensions such as .fasta, .fa, or .fa.gz. I intend to use the default reference database published with SGVFinder1. I have downloaded the SGVFinder1 configuration file "DataFiles.gz" and extracted it, but I did not find any files with the aforementioned extensions Could you please provide guidance on how I should proceed with using the default reference database for SGVFinder2?
