Transparency glitch

On version 1.0.10 (131), I observed a cosmetic problem: if I close the main window, and open it again (usually I do that with cmd-tab, select rootshell, press option, release cmd, release option, but this can also be reproduced by simply clicking on the docker icon), the window opens but there is no transparency.

I have Opacity set to 65%, and Blur Radius to 30

@taglia I was able to reproduce and fix this. In testing I found a second bug where toggling the visor mode and then closing the remaining window leaves things in a state where you cannot open a new window. The visor mode has turned out to be a major pain because the required APIs are not available directly to Catalyst apps and I had to resort to some pretty ugly hacks.

Thank you for looking into this so quickly! I actually haven't found a good use case for the visor mode in my workflow (I mostly live in the terminal), so I can't provide much feedback for that, beside that I tried it and it works fine for me, despite my very non-standard setup.
