Bug Description
the ai said that i lied about uploading the files to the server which i did i dont know what its problem is its not the first time its done this and i am sick of it.
AI repeatedly assumed user didn't upload files instead of investigating the actual server errors — happened multiple times across two sessions
AI gave piecemeal database fixes instead of a complete solution upfront — missing tables discovered one at a time instead of all at once
AI suggested server-side edits (vi on server) despite explicit instructions to fix locally first
AI didn't follow user's explicit instruction to "do it right" — kept giving bandaid fixes
Two Kiro IDE crashes during the session (grey screen, unresponsive)
AI broke .env file by concatenating values on same line (syncQUEUE_TIMEOUT=3600)
AI didn't read and follow PERSISTENT_ANSWERS.md and INSTRUCTIONS.md consistently
