目前只能点击 memo 前面的头像进入 memo 详情页，交互方式不明显，修改成点击 memo 整体即可进入 memo 详情页

这个我试过，点击正文进入详情页的话，不发表任何文字时，无处可点，是图片，音乐或视频时，也找不到地方点
