Clicking links always replaces current tab even when modifier keys should prevent that #938

Browser settings which control how clicks work are ignored by the data tracker UI.

Per my user settings, command-click should always open the link in a new tab and leave the current tab alone, but command-clicking on documents opens the link in a new tab and also the current tab.
