This repository exceeded its LFS budget.

I initialized the "https://github.com/khadas/android_manifest.git -b khadas-vim3-p-64bit" repo. When I tried to fetch the LFS files after "repo sync" these files was not downloaded. I tried to fetch files in a repository and got next error:

$ git lfs pull
Git LFS: (0 of 1 files) 0 B / 211.07 MB
batch response: This repository exceeded its LFS budget. The account responsible for the budget should increase it to restore access.
error: failed to fetch some objects from 'https://github.com/khadas/android_device_khadas.git/info/lfs'
