I'd like to publish the Docker image to our new Docker engine, to dogfood it. We can cross-publish to Docker Hub as well if needed (though I'd prefer to push people to use Keygen so that we can find any sharp edges).

Blocked by keygen-sh/keygen-api#914.

Starting with publishing to oci.pkg.keygen.sh/keygen/relay to boot. Maybe Docker Hub later. Maybe.
