Block devices test coverage

Block devices are used in many products. This is about enabling some tests on at least one platform in KernelCI.

It looks like the steps to follow are:

1. check whether the tests mentioned in the description are still valid ones to run (maintained, working ones) and ask maintainers for their advice
2. Experiment with the tests to run them either by hand or in LAVA, to see how they can be automated and results parsed
3. Create a rootfs image with dependencies and tests built from source like for IGT, v4l2, LTP... (this is typically needed unless the tests are very small and can be added easily on top of a plain Debian rootfs)
4. Make a PR to add the rootfs and have it built on staging
5. Make a PR to add the test template and YAML configuration
6. Get the tests run on staging and verify the results
