E.g., neisseria_gonorrhoeae__01/node_ERR026587-up27.fa.gz

gzcat: cache/blocks/neisseria_gonorrhoeae__01/node_ERR026587-up27.fa.gz: unexpected end of file

But should have at least 26B:

touch a.txt
gzip a.txt
 ls -alh a.txt.gz 
-rw-r--r--  1 karel  staff    26B Nov 21 23:31 a.txt.gz
