Drone programming

Hi,

It's a simply refreshing project in my opinion and seeing how much you learned, possibly be for you too.
Thank you for making it open-source.
I'm curious about every aspect of it but most specifically the 3D stereo vision and tracking part.
I plan to study all code and documentation you've put out (waiting for the camera and drone blogs as well).

I've never worked on drones before.
And I was wondering what you knew about drone programming before starting on this and how did you master it for this project?
And the same question for Kalman Filters.
If you have any resources for both of these that you used specifically for this project, that'd be fantastic!
