Extension is not working

Hi Justice,

Thank you for making this open source :)

I just downloaded the extension from chrome but nothing is happening. Am I missing something? Also I tried downloading the repo but ran into a number of Gulp bugs:

$ gulp -v

I can confirm the extension does nothing for me as well. It is as if I didn't install anything at all. Google Docs has no new visual cues whatsoever, doesn't matter what I write.
