The line number in an error message should be a lighter color like light-green, yellow, etc #7685

Description
I choose JupyterLab Dark and JupyterLab Dark High Contrast from Theme from Settings as shown below:
But we cannot easily recognize the line number in an error message because of the green color as shown below so it should be a lighter color like light-green, yellow, etc:
