When I click run cell nothing happen. My Jupyter settings are as follow:

I am trying to run declartivewidgets examples in Wlakthrough file after installing it with the commands
pip install jupyter_declarativewidgets
jupyter declarativewidgets quick-setup --sys-prefix
When I click run cell nothing happen. My Jupyter settings are as follow:
