Start with a bit of a clean-up. Avoid conversions to python lists and do things pandas-style.

Hi,
thanks for writing ipysheet. This PR is a bit of a clean-up of the pandas loader. It just does things a bit more pandas-style and avoids copying and conversion to python types.
