Add HashKeys - Vue reactive cryptography toolbox

Another facet to all three core hash* projects - hashfs is already published 🙏, now I'm publishing hashkeys and in a week or so hashavatar will be ready. That would be it for now. It's important  to have foundational strong privacy suite for next generation p2p web-apps.
