Poltype README
--------------

Poltype is an automatic parameterization tool for the AMOEBA polarizable force field.


INSTALLATION:

*Install Open Babel available at http://openbabel.org
*Set up env 

# The following Installation is no longer needed.
#Modify the BABELINC and BABELLIB variables in the Makefile in the top-level poltype
#directory. To install, run :
#
#   make all
#
#Then go in to the modified TINKER directory and run make
#
#   cd tinker-poltype-mod/source
#   make
#
#Modify the Makefile in the directoy as necessary to use the Fortran compiler available
#to your system.
