Publish to Maven Central

I discovered your project when searching for an alternative to MaryTTS and found that it mostly works as described. Perhaps others working on the JVM would find it useful as well. Do you have any plans to publish on Maven Central somewhere in the near future?

Thank you @breandan. Yes, actually I have those plans, but I must admit that I haven't got round to it yet. I put it on my agenda for 2023 ;-) I keep this request open until it is done.
