JSCS have been [merged with ESLint](https://medium.com/@markelog/jscs-end-of-the-line-bc9bf0b3fdb2#.5w0ujb6y1) In the meantime you can use [polyjuice](https://github.com/brenolf/polyjuice) to convert jscs file to eslint
