[FIX] Implement different lamella/blind modes

Describe the enhancement
A dingz knows two different blind/lamella modes. This should be represented and accounted for in the code.

Examples and context
If lamella mode is enabled, a tilt angle can be set. If it is disabled, no tilt should be possible.
