Opening a file from browser storage doesn't save back to the same file #4

If you open a file from browser storage and then try to save it, it forces you to make a new file instead of saving to the same file.

I was not able to reproduce this issue as written, but i did get a similar (possibly same) issue with the undo functionality.

make a scene
Save the scene
Undo to a previous state.
Attempt to save.
