Configuring sqlls with LunarVim

I have a .sqllsrc.json in the project directory

with this as the contents

}

But when I use a PostgreSQL specific feature like this

CREATE TYPE foo AS ENUM ('bar', 'vaz');

The LSP gives me an error.

Can anyone give me direction to sorting this out?

Tangentially, I'm not getting auto-complete in LunarVim which I was expecting to get.
