This allows URLs from start.gg's reporting ui (tourney > settings > bracket (under reporting)) to be used in the set tournament box. This is useful for when the stream setup is also used for reporting sets, and is open to that page.
As a note, when I was first investigating this, it seemed like a different url was used at first (similar to the regular one, but with admin in the beginning). I could not figure out on my machine what we did to get to that url, so I didn't account for it (maybe they changed URL format from then and now).
