Mouse issues

Thanks for this great spinner/button solution.
I'm using it in an old arcade cabinet and it picked up the wheel on first try after wiring it all up. I got everything to work in mame but having some issues getting the mouse to be recognized by joystick remapping solutions like x360ce.

I see the mouse moving on screen but I tried 4 different remappers and none can see the mouse. Have you encountered a similar issue?
