thermostat ignores target temp, and changes preset spontaneously. what am I doing wrong?

It cannot be a bug, since it means that this thermostat doesn't work at all.

The problem is pretty much what I wrote in the topic. I use the same way as I used awesome_thermostat without a single problem, but this one just ignores the temperature value, IDK how it can be a configuration issue.

first issue:

why is it in heating state, when the current temp is well above the preset temp?

the other: the preset value often changes from 'activity' or 'comfort' to 'none' without any reason
I use scheduler card to change the preset twice a day, it worked without a single problem with awesome thermostat

and a question: if all presets has values for motion detection, what is the reason to setup preset transtion for motion?
