Exchange Issues for External Traffic.

I am routing my Exchange lab environment through nginx proxy manager Docker via UNRAID for all external connections to my mail server. This used to work without issues but now Cloudflare gives me a "Host Error". The nginx proxy manager works within my internal network to route to my mail server without issues but it just will not route the external connections anymore. If I completely bypass nginx proxy manager and forward 443 directly to Exchange I am able to hit my mail server without issue but I host multiple Proxy Hosts (Plex, Apache Guac, etc) and still need to use nginx proxy manager.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Update: I am still able to receive mail, etc but cannot get to my OWA address or access my mail server via Outlook/iOS mail, etc when on an external network.
