Remove postgresql-simple dependency

postgresql-simple is mostly used to make connections and could be replaced with a dependency on postgresql-libpq

This would reduce the overall dependency foot print

I just noticed this in a project I migrated away from postgresql-simple. It's not super obvious from the API what it's doing with this library.
