Use of zsh/bash syntax in ./plugins/python/venvShellHook.sh #2793

What happened?
I notice on the commit history of this file this seems to be an ongoing struggle between zsh/bash enthusiasts and the shebang at the top of the file frustrating them. This is just yet another step in the eternal struggle. Currently the file makes use of [[ checks for user input and fails.
Steps to reproduce
1, grep '[[' ./plugins/python/venvShellHook.sh
2. head -n 1 ./plugins/python/venvShellHook.sh
