Add functionality from this other plugin to auto-populate covers

I recently found https://github.com/dulli/jellyfin-plugin-magazines/

Which I believe would be a great addition to this project. I currently have tons of magazines without cover. Being able to populate covers with the first page, would be a game changer. Not even magazines, but other books too.
