deprecated options "-z" and "-A" #6

Newest version of inkscape (>=1.0) deprecated options that break your script. Here is a simple solution for it to continue working as intended:

diff /home/pico/bin/export_overlays_old.py /home/pico/bin/export_overlays.py

<             cmd = ["inkscape", file, '-z', "-C",
<                    "-j", "-i", layerId, "-A", outFilePdf]
